The breakfast was included, it's always a plus. Location: the hotel was close to Studland Beach, Swanage & Corfe Castle, also reception. Plus there was a lake, within 25 minutes walk or so.

Welcoming staff; excellent service; 25 km from the airport. Sunny balcony was a nice surprise. You will be about a 5-minute drive from Knoll Beach.
